Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MyPickupBuddy does not store raw payment card information on our servers. Stripe handles card data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with service providers (such as Stripe for payments) and shipping carriers required to complete your drop-off.

Data Retention

We retain booking records, pickup photos, and communication history for as long as needed for operational, legal, and accounting purposes.
