1. Service Overview
MyPickupBuddy acts as a pickup and delivery facilitator. We collect prepared packages from customers and deliver them to the designated carrier or local drop-off destination within our service area.
2. Service Area & Hours
- Service Area: Smyrna, TN · La Vergne, TN · Murfreesboro, TN · Nolensville, TN
- Pickup Hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Drop-Off Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Operating Days: Monday – Saturday
3. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup information, a valid carrier QR code, a printed shipping label, or other valid carrier instructions. Packages without sufficient return or shipping information may be rejected at pickup.
4. Limitation of Liability
MyPickupBuddy is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages after carrier acceptance
- Incorrect customer-provided instructions
- Incorrect labels
- Incorrect QR codes
5. Chain of Custody
Our chain of custody begins at pickup, when the package is handed to our driver and photo confirmation is captured, and ends upon carrier acceptance and documented drop-off.

7. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. MyPickupBuddy does not store raw payment card information.
