We aim to be fair and transparent. Refunds are based on how close to your scheduled pickup window the cancellation occurs.

| More than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup window | 100% refund |
| Less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup window | 50% refund |
| Driver assigned, en route, or pickup attempted | No refund |
| MyPickupBuddy operational failure | 100% refund |
How to Request a Refund
Call 615-918-0792 or email hello@mypickupbuddy.com with your booking confirmation. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically post within 5–10 business days.
